Company Registers API

Welcome to the Transparent Data Company Information API technical documentation.

The API provides international data from official business registers from the following countries:

Estonia	EE
Finland	FI
Slovakia	SK
United Kingdom	UK

This data allows you to reduce the risk of cooperation and accelerate complicated compliance/KYC procedures.

Depending on the country, the scope of company information may vary.

Authentication

The API is available at https://api.transparentdata.pl/ API request should use the GET method. In order to start and make requests, you will need to obtain an API key. If you don’t have it yet, please visit our website www.transparentdata.eu/api-global/ and describe your business needs through a contact form.

Access to TD API resources requires authentication through the standard HTTP Basic Auth mechanisms.

The source allows you to download data about the ultimate beneficial owners of Polish companies in JSON format.
The information about UBO (name and surname, PESEL number and indication of the percentage of shares) comes from the related KRS (the National Court Register) and CEIDG (the Central Registration and Information on Business) and CRBR (Polish Central Register of Ultimate Beneficial Owners).
